The teams behind Rize & Whine and Tipsy Music Festival will produce the VIP and VVIP experience for the 2026 World Creole Music Festival, organisers have confirmed. The festival runs from October 23 to 25 at Windsor Park Sports Stadium in Roseau.
Rize & Whine was launched in Dominica in 2019, while Tipsy Music Festival was launched in Barbados in 2013. Their combined appointment marks a regional partnership for the premium side of the festival, now in its 26th edition.
For 2026, the producers will deliver a two-tier premium experience featuring dedicated viewing areas, premium bars, Caribbean culinary offerings, live chef stations, spa and grooming services and personalised hospitality.
Malcolm Pendenque, one of the producers of the 2026 WCMF VIP and VVIP Experience, said the focus is on the full patron journey. «Our focus is on the full experience, from how patrons are welcomed to their comfort throughout the night, the service they receive and the spaces created for them to enjoy the festival,» he said. «For 2026, we are bringing together hospitality, food, beverage and added amenities across the VIP and VVIP tiers to give patrons different ways to enjoy WCMF.»
Both VIP and VVIP patrons will have access to dedicated parking and entrance, a premium viewing area and a premium bar offering spirits, wine and beer. The experience will also include a dedicated shot station highlighting Dominica’s tradition of infusing rum with herbs, roots and fruits, along with food and culinary offerings, premium restrooms, professional hospitality service and branded photo opportunities and activations.
The VVIP tier adds further amenities, including live chef stations featuring dishes inspired by Dominica, Trinidad and Jamaica, spa and grooming stations, top-shelf spirits and champagne, and personalised hospitality from arrival through the end of the festival experience. VVIP patrons will also have access to a shoe drop-in service, a covered food court, additional seating, a dedicated VVIP photo opportunity and other experiences reserved for that tier.

The 2026 Dominica World Creole Music Festival marks the event’s 26th edition. The international lineup includes Grammy Award-winning R&B artist Ne-Yo, Trinidad and Tobago soca star Machel Montano, British reggae singer Maxi Priest, Jamaican dancehall artists Alkaline and Skillibeng, South African amapiano artist Uncle Waffles, Jamaican reggae artist Capleton and Haitian American singer-songwriter Fridayy.
Regional and local performers will join the lineup, spanning bouyon, reggae, dancehall, soca, kompa, amapiano and other genres during the three-night festival.
