Police in Dominica have launched an investigation into a fatal vehicular collision that occurred under the Canefield Cliff around noon on Monday 24th August 2026. The victim has been identified as Jean Zacharie Honore, a 56-year-old Haitian national who resided at Benjamin Lane, Goodwill.
According to a police release, Honore was driving a Nissan double-cab pickup at the time of the accident. The circumstances leading to the collision are still being established, and investigators are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
